September 1st, in Belgium, most of the primary school kids go back to school. In the primary schools of Malmedy municipality (East of Belgium), the brand new German course of Balingua, called Balikids, is launched by seven teachers in their classes. One of them, Céline, received the local television, Televesdre: look how it works!
